What's New?

On April 28th, 2014, all the Russian texts, formerly stored and displayed in transliteration, were switched to Unicode. Other transliteration styles (DIN, GOST) are now available on demand.

In early March 2014, development began on a new section of the website that will allow people to submit new material and propose changes to existing information through the website, subject to approval by trusted guest editors. Testing is underway of some portions, and if all goes well, the system will be available in a few months.
