Glimmend durch lange Schmerzen,

Aus Millionen Herzen
Mit edlem Blut genährt,
Wird seinen Thron zermalmen,
Schmelzt deine Fesseln los
Und pflanzt die glühn'den Palmen
Auf deutscher Helden Moos.
